- The payment is always credited towards the earliest missing year — e.g., if you have an unpaid fee for 2017 and make a payment in 2018, it will be credited for 2017.
- Please remember to update your personal data regularly: change of surname, phone number, email, or correspondence address.
- We encourage you to specify the relevant year in the transfer description (e.g., “membership fee for 2024”).
- Supporting members are required to pay fees regularly in an amount not lower than that specified for ordinary members.

Available Coverage Options
The primary elements of the program are:
- Psychotherapist third-party liability insurance (from PLN 100)
- Legal protection for the psychotherapist (from PLN 45)
Individuals subject to a statutory obligation can purchase:
- Mandatory medical third-party liability insurance (PLN 120)
- Mandatory NHF (NFZ) healthcare provider third-party liability insurance (PLN 120)
An add-on for individuals running a business is:
- Business owner third-party liability insurance (from PLN 30)
How do I choose insurance?
The coverage includes liability arising not only from the practice of psychotherapy, but also from any profession practiced concurrently with psychotherapy by a PTPPd member (psychologist, educator, etc.—see the “List of Professions” tab available on the transaction page). We recommend considering liability insurance coverage amounts for psychotherapists that exceed the basic levels. The highest available coverage amount (600,000 PLN per year) costs 185 PLN.
The Basic OP Plan provides unlimited legal support by phone (a legal hotline operated by the Insurer) and the option to request up to 3 legal opinions per year. Higher coverage options cover legal costs (legal advisor, attorney, experts, and expert opinion fees) not only in civil cases but also in administrative cases (e.g., a dispute with the National Health Fund) or criminal cases (e.g., a lawsuit filed by a patient).
This is usually a continuation of the doctor’s previous mandatory annual insurance.
This type of policy is required by the National Health Fund (NFZ). If a clinic, hospital, or similar institution requires you to have insurance, “voluntary psychotherapist liability insurance” will generally apply; however, we suggest that you ask your client (the clinic or hospital) for specific details regarding the formal requirements.
When running a business, we are liable for situations unrelated to the practice of our profession, such as causing a fire, flooding a neighbor’s property, or ensuring safety in the waiting room, etc.

The offer of insurance products has been negotiated specifically for the Society members and their families. The transaction takes place entirely online, so there is no need for face-to-face contact at insurers’ branches or with agents.
The method for calculating the premium and purchasing a policy is very simple and intuitive. Clients can also receive assistance from consultants at every stage of the application process, should they find it necessary. You will receive the login credentials for the MarketPolisa.pl system in your mailbox. Access to the platform is free of charge.
